Refund policy

We offer a solid return and refund policy, required within 14 days of receiving the goods, for all our dissatisfied customers. The return is possible only if the returned product is totally intact: 

 

- The front lace does not need to be cut 

- no cosmetic products must be applied

- the wig must not be used, but only tried on. 

- the wig must not be washed, dried or straightened

- the wig must be returned in its original packaging

If one or more rules are not respected, the return will not be accepted, any product will be sent back to the customer at his expense.

In the case of a mistake on our part (wrong color or model, production defect) we will collect the goods ourselves via the courier completely free of charge, and will provide a possible replacement.

It is also possible to return the product if you are not satisfied color, length, size or material. In this case the customer must provide it to the return shipment independently and at your own expense following the instructions that will be provided by the assistance center. The refunded amount will be the total paid net of any shipping costs we have incurred if not included in the price.  

The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days on the payment method used. When payment has been made with Klarna, the return procedure with KLARNA will be opened, the return procedures depend on the time that has passed since the purchase. All the information and procedures necessary for the return shipment, return or replacement of the goods will be provided. 

It is not permitted to send return packages without prior authorization, such packages will not be refunded.
